Udall Payroll Tax Cut Language

Colorado Senator Mark Udall has his mark on the proposed extension of the payroll tax cut.  Yesterday he added language to keep millionaires from receiving unemployment benefits.  Udall says those benefits are intended as a "social safety net" for those who lose their jobs and need temporary assistance while they look for employment-- not as extra cushion for the financially well off.
