Delta Petroleum Bankrupt

An oil and gas company with holdings mostly in the Collbran area has filed for bankriuptcy.  The Daily Sentinel says Delta Petroleum filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy  in a Delaware court last week.  The company  holds oil and gas leases for the equivalent of about 22,000 acres in the Collbran area and employs 32 people, mostly in the Denver area.
