Things are looking up for the Colorado economy, even if it's still a long way up. CU economist Richard Wobbekind presented the university's Colorado 2012 Business Outlook to the Grand Jucntion Area Chamber of Commerce. According to the Daily Sentinel, Wobbekind predicts a dismal 1% job growth rate next year, with small increases in government, construction, mining and logging and education services...and declines in real estate, finance and manufacturing.
