Gateway Canyons Upgrades

Gateway Canyons is in the middle of a transformation from resort locals might be able to travel to, to a resort aimed at Fortune-500 level visitors.  Discovery channel founder John Hendricks has turned over management to Noble House which also manages the Mountain Lodge in Telluride.  According to the Denver Post, a $20 million wintertime refashioning is underway changing the resort into an exclusive luxury getaway, and moving the convenience store and gas pumps around the bend near the Gateway Community Center.
