Trooper Bias Alleged

A former Colorado State Trooper is being accused of bias during investigations.  The Daily Sentinel says State Patrol District 4 commander Maj. Barry Bratt sent a letter to Mesa County DA Pete Hautzinger describing an internal investigation involving Don Moseman.  Hautzinger  hundreds of cases in Mesa County involving Moseman are expected to be re-examined and some could be dismissed altogether.  One defense attorney tells the paper cases from misdemeanor drunken-driving offenses to vehicular- homicide investigations may be at issue.
