Hydro Power at Ridgway Dam?

Ridgway Dam could soon be producing hydro power.  The Bureau of Reclamation agreed that construction of a power plant at the dam would have no significant impact on the environment or recreational users there.  The Tri-County Water Conservancy District and the Bureau of Reclamation can now proceed with lease of the power privileges.
