Black Mountain Recycling

Black Mountain Recycling has gotten the go ahead from Mesa county to receive production water and fracking fluid in 4 evaporation ponds and to build one new pond.  The Daily Sentinel says the company has been under scrutiny since a temporary shut down by the county after a 2001 spill. County commissioners yesterday voted unanimously to amend Black Mountain's conditional us permit allowing the company to bring the facility into full operation.
