Paperless Planning in GJ

Grand Jucntion's getting closer to having a paperless planning department.  The process has been in the works since 2009 and the Daily Sentinel says by Spring, the planning website should be up and running for permits and local development research.  The paper says the online process creates less need for storage in city buildings, speeds up the public neighborhood development process, and saves on postage and time it takes forms to be mailed.
