Montrose Whiewater Park

Back to the drawing board for a proposed Montrose Whitewater Park.  The city applied for a Great Outdoors Colorado grant earlier this year, but was not one of 27 proposals to get funding.  According to the Montrose Daily Press, a review committee ranked the city's proposal 19th among municipal applications.  11 of those were chosen.
