BLM Comments

The BLM has extended the comment period for the Colorado River Valley Resource Management Plan.  It covers a huge area including mineral resources in Mesa, Garfield, Rio Blanco, Eagle, and Pitkin counties over the next several decades.  The BLM was to have closed the comment period next week but says the draft is complex.  They say the extra time will give agencies and organizations time to thoroughly review the draft.
