The Delta/Montrose Electric Association has received a USDA Rural Development grant to help businesses become more energy efficient. The company plans an official announcement this morning in Montrose and this afternoon in Delta. Officials say they're ready to answer questions about economic importance of saving energy and money, and how the grant can help local small businesses save energy and money.
