Tipton Keystone Reax

Third District Congressman Scott Tipton is joining other republicans ctiticizing President Obama's rejection of the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline.  The President yesterday denied the application saying a full assessment of the pipeline's impact wasn't complete.  Tipton says the President is playing politics and standing in the way of domestic energy production and creation of thousands of jobs.
