Olathe Man Appeals Sentence

An Olathe man who plead guilty to vehicular homicide in the 2009 drunk driving death of his son wants his ten-year prison sentence dismissed.  Juan Prieto-Gonzales is claiming ineffective counsel since he was not informed he could face deportation after serving his 10 years.  The Montrose Daily Press says the petion for post-conviction relief is in the hands of District Judge Jeff Herron.
