Parachute Men Fighting Extradition

Two Parachute men held in North Dakota in the disappearance of a Montana school teacher say they want an extradition hearing before being moved to Montana on aggravated kidnapping charges. The Daily Sentinel says 47 year old Lester Vann Waters and 22 year old Michael Spell are being held on $2.5 million bond each.  Aggravated Kidnapping carries the death penalty if convicted in Montana.
