BLM Drilling Comments

The BLM is looking for comment on a proposal to drill up to 24 exploratory gas wells from 12 well pads over the next three years near Debeque.  Black Hills Plateau Production says it'll need about 3 miles of new and upgraded roads and 14.5 miles of co-located natural gas, water supply, and produced water pipelines. written comments should be submitted to the BLM by February 13th.
