Zero Tolerance Changes

Some education reformers are pushing for changes in the state's Zero Tolerance approach to discipline.  They call it the "school-to-prison pipeline,"  and say it needlessly sends misbehaving students into the criminal justice system.  According to the Denver Post, school officials have been working for months, trying to craft workable legislation to address issues including greater local control.
