Puffing

A lot of people don't know leaving their cars unattended while they warm up on cold mornings is illegal.  It's an offense designed to stop auto theft and this week, auto theft task forces across the state are teaming up to get the word out.  CATI- or Colorado Auto Theft Investigators, including members of the Western Colorado Auto Theft Task Force will be looking for offenders and issuing warnings.  A method they hope will help cut down on auto theft.
