New Bus Depot Protest

A proposal to locate a combined Grand Valley Transit/Greyhound bus station on 24/12 Rd. near Mesa Mall is running into some trouble...in the form of property owners near the site and others who say the facility will bring with it crime and decreased property values. The Daily Sentinel says the plan has been in the works for at least two years. Opponents tell the paper they'll hold a meeting about their views tonight.
