C-DOT Taking Advantage of Wx

C-DOT in parts of western Colorado is using the lack of snow to do some necessary road maintenance.  Spokeswoman Nancy Shanks says crews are trimming trees and shrubs along some roadways where they can't trim April through August per the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.  Jobs including filling potholes and patching roadways; repairing and reinforcing shoulders are also underway.
