Potty Peeper

The man known as the "Potty Peeper" is set to undergo a mental competency hearing in Boulder in March.  31 year old Luke Chrisco was arrested last summer after police said he created hiding places in women's restrooms and portable toilets to spy on women when they used the toilet.  The Boulder Daily Camera says Chrisco wants to represent himself, but must undergo the competency review first.
