GJ Airport Leasing Policy Talk

The Grand Junction Airport Board is considering hiring a Florida-based consulting firm after hearing from Airport Business Solutions at a workshop yesterday.  According to the Daily Sentinel, ABS told the board it needs a well-defined lease policy that's not subject to interpretation when trying to work out relationships with tennants.  The Airport Board is taking comments on the idea, and plans to adopt a leasing policy at its April meeting.
