Mesa Co Home Sales

Home sales in Mesa County were higher in 2011 than 2010, but the average price of a home has fallen 12% to $150,000.  Bob Reece with Advanced Title Company says that copares with a high of $227,000 in 2008.  Reece says there's growing expectation the bottom of real estate prices will be realized in 2012 and a slow price recovery will begin.
