Mesa County, Colorado— Deputies and volunteers will demobilize at 6:30 p.m., the search effort for missing hunter, Jim Mcarthy, who is now believed to be between 35 and 40 years old. This is updated and corrected information from what was previously released (below).
Overnight, one rescuer will remain in the area to monitor the roads. This rescuer will use noise, lights, sirens and listening to further try and contact the missing hunter. The search incident is scheduled to resume at 7:30 a.m. tomorrow if Mcarthy is not located overnight.
