The Colorado State Patrol says a 19 year old Westminster man is dead after a rollover crash on I-70 near Walcott. The man was wearing a seatbelt, but still thrown from the car which landed on top of him during the rollover. The patrol says Levi Morgan Pierce Armstrong may have been distracted before the crash.

The Colorado State Patrol says a 19 year old Westminster man is dead after a rollover crash on I-70 near Walcott.
