Montrose Man's Family Looking for Answers

A 23 year old Montrose man's ex-girlfriend will not be facing murder charges after Fort Collins officials ruled that she was acting in self defense when she stabbed Shaun Cassidy in the neck with a broken beer bottle.  Cassidy's family now says they want an appeal.  KJCT says Cassidy's family is confused about the ruling, but Colorado's "make my day" laws will keep 21 year old Azura Lakin from facing charges.
