Former Montrose District Attorney Myrl Serra has entered into a plea agreement and faces up to 12 years in prison on charges of Felony Criminal Extortion, and unlawful sexual contact involving former staff members at his office. Serra's already jailed after being convicted in August of a bail bond violation. Sentencing is January 19th.
