Kit Carson Van Crash Latest

The driver of a van carrying 12 foster and adopted children may have had a heart attack leading to the crash a week ago. An autopsy showed Howard Mitchell had 80%  blockage in his heart.  Mtchell's wife says she can take comfront knowing that's what might have led to the crash that killed Mitchell, two of the couple's adopted children and 3 foster children.
