Arson Charges

A 22 yea rold man is is facing charges of arson in a forest fire near Colorado Springs in August.  Michael Anthony Penn was arrested in Las Vegas is set to arraigned in U-S District Court in Denver tomorrow. If convicted, Penn faces up to five years in prison and fines as high as $500,000.
