The FTC is finished with its investigation and along with Colorado attorney General John Suthers has received an injunction against the Westminister-based Dalbey Education Institute, formerly known as American’s Note Network, barring it from pushing misleading get-rich-quick infomercials. If infomercials run in the future, they'll have to highlight the low success rate of consumers purchasing its products.
