NFIB Against Prop 103

The NFIB has come out in opposition to Proposition 103.  The group representing small-business owners in Colorado says a claim by the measure's author stating  the business community is neutral on the tax hike proposal to fund education is wrong.  An NFIB spokesman says now is not the time to raise takes on hard working people.
