Mack Horse Racing

Horse Racing in Mack?  Why not.  The Mesa County commissioners have approved a conditional use permit for a horse training and racing facility there. The Daily Sentinel says the permit allows horse racing events at the 1,300-foot track owned by Jose Alvarez, with the racing events taking place two Sundays a month in spring, summer and fall.
