TABOR Author Sentenced

The author of Colorado's Tax Payers Bill of Rights, or TABOR has been sentenced to 6 months in jail and six years probation for tax evasion.  Douglas Bruce was convicted by a Denver jury in December of three felonies and one misdemeanor.  As part of his sentence, Bruce will be required to pay his back taxes and the cost of his prosecution.
