The former Loma man who touted a concert last summer to rival "Country Jam" before pulling out at the last minute is under investigation in New Mexico after the abrupt closure of a title company he had ties to. The Daily Sentinel says Bobby Willis is listed as an officer and director of the parent company of New Mexico Title Company which closed its doors last Tuesday leaving customers without access to their accounts. Willis told the Farmington Daily Times his attorneys and accountants were looking into claims of missing escrow money.
