Bradford Latest

A bi-partisan ethics committee in the Colorado legislature has started its inquiry into actions by Representative Laura Bradford in a Denver traffic stop two weeks ago. Yesterday the Denver District Attorney's Office said it wouldn't file misdemeanor gun charges against Bradford who had a gun with her during the traffic stop and a concealed-weapon permit. The Denver Post says rules for a concealed cary permit and alcohol consumption are not the same.  Bradford was never charged with DUI.
