A Bray Real Estate report shows the number of homes sold in Mesa County last month was up 30% compared to January of last year.  Realtors though, aren't over excited.  Robert Bray tells teh Daily Sentinel there's a lot of catching up to do.  he says the median price of homes in the county in 2008 was just over $221,000.  Last month the median was $148,6000.
