Green Rver Nuke?

Utah is a step closer to its first nuclear power plant. State Engineer Kent Jones has granted a water right for the plant and says if current financial backers pull out of the project, he's confident new finances could be secured.  Blue Castle Holdings wants to build the plant.  The Daily Sentinel says the next step in the process is approval from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission which could take years and millions of dollars for studies.
