D-51 Overcrowding

School District 51 hasn't given up the idea of closing some schools, but a bigger question right now is what to do about over crowding at two Fruita schools and one downtown.  The Daily Sentinel says the issue involves Rim Rock, Shelledy, and Chipeta Elementaries.  The district is considering sending some students to Loma, or schools with space on the Redlands and Orchard Mesa.
