FOI Ballot Inspection Bill

A bill in the legislature is looking to protect voters when a Freedom of Information Act request is made to view ballots.  The Daily Sentinel says the bill is in response to a lawsuit filed by a group wanting access to ballots, but denied for fear individual voters could be identified.  The senate bill would allow ballot inspection, but in the presence of a county clerk worker.
