Aspen Coke Arrest

A former Aspen man indicted in December on cocaine conspiracy charges is under arrest in Florida.  The U-S Attorney's office says Montgomery Chitty was arrested yesterday.  The charge rises out of a 2010 DEA investigation in which 10 people were charged.  If convicted, Chitty faces a minimum ten years to life in prison.
