Online Schools Standards

The State Board of Education is expected to OK new quality standards for online schools.  The Denver Post says some online schools have racked up a troubling history of enormous profit and abysmal academic performance.  The schools are accused of padding attendance numbers to receive more state funding which is based on enrollment.
