I-70 Rock Closure

The Colorado State Patrol is blaming a rock for a fuel spill that shut down I-70 for 4 hours yesterday.  A tractor trailer hit the rock just after 4:30 yesterday ripping out its undercarriage and rupturing the fuel lines.  About 75 gallons of diesel spilled on the roadway. Crews were able to keep it out of the river.
