Federally indicted doctors Sam Jahani and Eric Pepper have entered not guilty pleas to charges leading to their arrests earlier this month. Both are accused of dozens of counts
including health care fraud resulting in the deaths of four Western Slope patients, fraud, money laundering and conspiracy. The Montrose Daily Press says the two doctors deny all charges and their attorneys are promising a vigorous defense.
